Prof. Dr. Ashraf Shehhi, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and Prof. MeKay Hassan, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research - State of Chad signed, recently, joint cooperation agreement between the two ministries in order to promote academic and research relations between the two sides through the exchange of professors and students and the establishment of joint ventures and increase scholarships by the Egyptian government toChadian government according to the needs of the State of Chad and the disciplines required there, the agreement was signed at the headquarters of the Egyptian minister in the presence of Prof. Dr. Rushdi Zahran, head of Alexandria and Prof. Dr. Ali Abdel Rahman Haggar, head of N'Djamena University and Prof. Dr. Hisham Gaber, vice president of Alexandria University for Education and student Affairs and the Egyptian ambassador in Chad and communities of Chad.
